Confirmed Guests! Please remember the following: If you haven't been receiving our frequent updates, be sure to RSVP on this website and check your spam folder for emails from Joy.
✅ Off-premise Guests – Guests staying at another resort will owe a $160 day pass fee upon arrival. Please make sure the bride and groom have your full name and date of birth as they appear on your passport, and remember to bring your passport with you on the wedding day.
✅ Resort Balance Deadline – We kindly ask that you settle your balance on time, failure to do so can result in reservation cancellation.
✅ Transportation Itinerary – Destify and Hard Rock has emailed requesting itineraries. Please upload your flight information to your Destify dashboard under the "My Trips" tab. This is crucial for reserving your shared shuttle to the resort. You don’t want to arrive at the airport and realize you don’t have transportation—so please don’t ignore this step!
